Delivery Timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sales, promotions, holidays, or due to weather conditions.

Delivery Charges

We offer:

• Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000
• A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200–Rs. 300 for orders below that amount (based on location and package weight)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order status through our courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the provided address.
