Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at ModaCar.pk. We want to ensure that you have a satisfying shopping experience with us. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within [7] days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product must be intact and attached.
  • The item must not be excluded from our return policy (see section 1.2).

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Items that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Consumable products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and food items (unless they are defective).

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ModaCar.pk account.
  2. Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the instructions provided.

1.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within [10] days.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in section 1 and place a new order for the item you want.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [sale@modacar.pk]. We will arrange for a return or replacement, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
